Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is basically modified inkjet printing where instead of printing on paper we print onto garments.
But don't try feeding a t-shirt through your desktop printer at home... you'll ruin both the t-shirt and the printer! We use industry leading DTG machines to achieve the high street quality prints with a larger colour gamut than possible with any other digital printer.
DTG machines hold the garment in a fixed position and lay down speciality ink through a print head.
The finished artice is much softer than vinyl as the ink dropplets are printed into the garment rather that a 'plastic' layer of film applied on top.
