We understand that from time to time you may want to see an item before you make your choice however over the years we have found the need to create a framework around which me manage samples to enable us to be fair to everyone, keep costs down and prevent abuse. 

Samples may be ordered and will be invoiced / charged to your account at full price, should the items be retured within 14 days in unused, clean condition with tags and paclkaging intact as supplied to you the cost of the garment will be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee (so 75% of the purchase price will be returned to you). After 14 days the full amout is charged and we will not accept samples returned. 

Should you be happy with the item and require decoration to be added - you will simply be charged for the cost of the decoration and the garment you were given as a sample will needto be returned to us to have decoration added (Postage costs will be applied if applicable)
